Your Trainerize app will have video instructions for all exercise. There are alternative exercise options, if lets say the equipment you need for that exercise is not available at the moment you need it. You will be able to track your weights, reps, intensity, diet, water,  upload progress photos, instant messaging to me. Daily reminders and more.

My programs are designed to increase strength, build muscle, promote mobility and increase anaerobic cardio.  20 years of experience and my passion for helping people improve their lives through health and fitness goes into every one of my clients. I am 40 years old as I'm writing this on the 26th of November 2025. I am an ex professional motocross racer and I have had the privilege of working with some of the best trainers and athletes in the world and it would be my honour to help you on your health and fitness journey.

Step 1: Schedule an online assessment below (Allow for up to 30min) where we’ll get to know each other, clarify your exact health and fitness goals, check what equipment you have access to, discuss any injuries or limitations, and figure out how many days per week you can realistically train.

Step 2. I will put together your 1st program, built around your lifestyle, goals and current fitness level. Your 1st program will be anywhere from 3 to 6 months long, depending on your goals and are updated monthly according to your progress. Once you have completed your first program, you can decide whether you want to re asses and start your 2nd program or go on your own from there. 

Step 3: I’ll send you your login details for the Trainerize app, where you’ll find payment details (Payments done through stripe) and your full program with video instructions for every exercise, you will also be able to link the app to your smart watch, track workout data, food, water, body measurements and more, so we can make sure you are heading the right direction.

 Step 4: We’ll jump on another quick call before you start training. I’ll walk you through your entire program so you’re 100% clear on the structure, exercises, and exactly how everything works.

2-3 day a week program - £ 50 per month (3 month commitment, thereafter cancel at any time)

4-6 day per week program- £75 per month (3 month commitment, thereafter cancel at any time)

Includes:

  • personalised exercise program updated monthly by Shaun

  • Meal plan guidance that aligns with your goals

  • weekly check ins (If you want them)

  • Direct chat / support on Trainerize or Whats app
