Personal Training & Private Groups
Whatever your fitness goal may be, we will help you achieve it. Certified Personal Trainers offer an enormous amount of knowledge and can help with permanent weight loss, lifestyle coaching leading to significant change in overall health, nutritional guidance, body sculpting, sports conditioning, increasing muscle mass, and maintenance.
Following an initial consultation and quick fitness assessment, your Personal Trainer will design a detailed workout program carefully tailored to meet your specific needs, goals, and time frame. You will be guided through each workout and taught how to complete exercises with proper form and technique to maximize results - safely and effectively moving toward your goals.
Pricing: Pricing will vary for each individual depending on specific needs. Single sessions are not recommended because each workout builds on the previous session. We emphasize building a strong foundation and encourage the development of basic fitness competency to set our clients up for future success. A single session is $55 for 1 hour and decreases in price based on number of required sessions, frequency and number of people per training sessions (one on one/couples/small groups of coworkers or friends, etc). An accurate quote for the cost of services is determined after gathering appropriate information at your initial consultation. Sessions are offered in-home, at various gyms (additional charges may apply), or at a private training facility at an additional charge. We offer all of our Fitness Classes (Total Body Transformation Bootcamp, Kickbox Interval Blast, Step, YogaFit, and Zumba) as a Personal Training option!
